Yes, a men’s Brazilian wax does include the scrotum and in fact, any part of the entire area which the man asks for. However, men’s “intimate waxing”, as it is known, is a specialist skill and should always be done using the non-strip wax (the type which is not removed using a muslin strip), formerly known as hot wax. These days this type of wax is chemically different, is a lot easier to use than the old hot wax and is applied at the same temperature as strip wax.

I would recommend that your boyfriend finds a salon where this treatment for men is their speciality. The results will be better and any discomfort and pain experienced will be much less. If you treat him, unless you are trained, you may indeed injure him.

I have undergone this treatment many times and have never experienced any arousal, let alone ejaculation. However, I have read that some men do experience some physical arousal but as long as their behaviour remains appropriate, therapists accept that such purely physical stimulation will sometimes lead to a natural physiological response and they will work on with the treatment. Personally the act of having hairs ripped out of such a sensitive area kills any arousal for me. I don’t get waxed for the experience of being waxed, I do it for the results which are well worth it.
