I couldn’t get the battery cover off to insert the batteries. Order the Clio Palmperfect instead. It give a close, painless shave and only $10.00.

So, I placed my order and recieved the item within a week. Great shipping response time! I got the item, home for my daughter who was VERY excited to be able to shave for the first time. Only to have the item not work. I emailed the seller and they sent me a replacement AND refunded my money… which was a good thing becuase the replacement didn’t work either. I guess it is just a classic case of you get what you pay for… the product should no longer be sold as I struck out with 2 of them. But the seller… I would buy from them again.

I got this shaver for my tweenage daughter. The first problem encountered was how to put the batteries in, as the shaver was not clear on how to situate the batteries. Once we solved that problem, the shaver worked fine for two shaves, then it stopped working. It simply will not turn on, and I cannot get the battery compartment opened again. I ended up going to Wal-Mart and finding a Remington wet/dry shaver that has worked just fine.
